Renae is a highly favoured and one of the most sought after midfielders in the Jamaican Premiere League. While he was a youngster at Dunoon Technical high school, he was introduce to Boys Town F.C by the youth coach. From there he played for our U20 team where he should class and dominance over boys few years older than him amassing Twenty one (21) goals.

He was then recruited in the under 21 team at age 17+ and again he stamped his authority in the middle of the field as he scored 16 goals over 2 seasons. The finished runners up for two consecutive seasons (having not gotten a chance the play the eventual champions because of league structure).

Lloyd was then thrust into Boys Town’s senior team at aged Eighteen (18) in 2006 as the youngest player he immediately justified the Technical Director’s choice (Andrew Pyrce) that he is truly ready for the big stage. Renae played pivotal parts in the capturing the FLOW Champions KO cup two consecutive seasons and beaten finalist the third year from 2008-2011, he was name MVP and joint leading goal scorer in 2010. He also played an imperative role in guiding the team to 2^nd place in the league 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 seasons.

All that hard work lead him to getting his first call up for the Jamaican Men’s National Team where he played in four games so against Panama, Cuba and Costa Rica (2)

After that played for a club in Antigua and scored 13 goals in 17 games, also went on a trial stint in Turkey.
